Participants’ personal data are processed in accordance with Act of August 29, 1997, for the Protection of Personal Data (unified text: Data Protection Act of 2002, No. 101, item. 926). Participant has the right to access their data and to correct them and delete them.
The Organizer informs that he does not sell and provide to any third parties personal data provided during the registration process.
The Organizer reserves the right to send to participants merchandise and marketing information from partners and sponsors.
The Organizer reserves the right to send to registered participants e-mail about Run Warsaw and the functioning of www.biegnijwarszawo.pl (system messages, technical communication, and important announcements). Participants’ personal data will be used to inform the participant about future events, and also for own administrative and analytical needs.
The Organizer ensures that the data associated with payment procedure including numbers and credit card data and access to on-line bank accounts are not saved by Organizer. To protect confidential data transaction with external web payment is encrypted.
According to Polish law, personal data collection and processing are reported to General Inspector for Personal Data Protection.
