Participant Declaration:

I intend to take part in „Maszeruje - Kibicuje”  organized by Sporting BM Corporation and Runner Sporting Club. Hereby I irrevocably and unconditionally declare that all information submitted in the Registration Form are accurate and correct, I state that registration conditions have been read and understood,  I also acknowledge and confirm that by submitting and signing a correctly filled Registration Form I am obliged to follow Application and Participation Conditions.

Application and Participation Conditions

1. To take part in „Maszeruje - Kibicuje” the Participant is required to accept and agree to the following conditions and submit the Registration Form. Each can do it online on www.biegnijwarszawo.pl. Transferring a correctly filled and signed Registration Form means that the Participant accepts requirements stated in Conditions.
2. „Maszeruje - Kibicuje” will take place as a part of  Run Warsaw held in Warsaw in 2.10.2011. the Organizer reserves the right to change the date or/place of the walk without previous notice of the Participants and with no liability owed to them.
3. Participation in „Maszeruje - Kibicuje” involves physical exercise and recreational activities. Participant declares that his or her health allows him to take part in the exercises conditioning his participation in „Maszeruje - Kibicuje”.
4. All participants acknowledge that participation in „Maszeruje - Kibicuje”  is associated with physical effort and involves natural risks and accidents, the possibility of injury and physical injury (including death), also damage and loss of a financial character. Transmission of correctly filled Registration Form to the Organizer and paying the registration fee means that the Participant has considered and evaluated the nature, extent and risks of participation in „Maszeruje - Kibicuje” and voluntarily decided to take this risk.
5. All participants must be born before 2.10.1998. For the day of Run Warsaw, the age of participants must be min.13. In the case of registration of the underage is required parents’ or legal guardian’s declaration of the child’s ability to participate in recreational and sport activities, signed by parents or legal guardian agreeing for child’s participation in „Maszeruje - Kibicuje”. Such declaration/statement can be found at/downloaded from www.biegnijwarszawo.pl and should be submitted while collecting the startup package.
6. Fee for the participation in „Maszeruje - Kibicuje” is 25 PLN. Each participant will receive a promotional t-shirt and is obliged to set up in it for „Maszeruje - Kibicuje”/the event.
7. All participants are required to provide transport to the start and finish line of „Maszeruje - Kibicuje”at their own expense.
8. The Organizer does not provide any life, health insurance or liability arising from illness, accident, injury, death, suffering or incurring any loss or damage which may occur because of the presence and/or participation in „Maszeruje - Kibicuje”. Participants are advised, if they deem it necessary to have purchased adequate insurance.
9. The Organizer reserves the right to authorize medical and paramedical personnel employed by or on behalf of the Organizer to provide medical first aid or perform other medical procedures, and transport the injured participant to a safe place. The participant is responsible for all medical costs or transportation costs incurred by the Organizer, its associates, medical and paramedical support equipment, and caused by illness, accident or suffered injury, incurred in connection with the presence or participation of the participant in „Maszeruje - Kibicuje”.
10. The Organizer, as well as entities associated with it, reserves the right to record interviews with each participant, take photos or films, using name, image, voice and other materials from or related to participation in the race for the advertising, publicity and possibility of their use on website or radio and television broadcast, and all commercial needs with the right to modify them. What is more, both the Organizer and its agents and affiliates, reserve the rights to use freely all photos, interviews, films showing the participants all over the world. This kind of images, materials, interviews and recording can be placed free of chare on selected electronic media, including television, radio, newspapers, magazines, websites and exhibitions. Also they can be used for advertising, promotion and any other commercial purposes associated with the activities carried out by Organizer.
11. On „Maszeruje - Kibicuje” place it is forbidden to bring drugs, illegal substances and alcohol of any kind. Participants are forbidden to use drugs and possess these measures and substances, both before and during „Maszeruje - Kibicuje”. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to participate in „Maszeruje - Kibicuje” of people who have been established to have consumed or possess drugs and alcohol of any kind.
12. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or disqualify the participant, who does not have the right to participate in „Maszeruje - Kibicuje”. 
13. By means of sending correctly filled and signed Registration Form participants’ personal data will be used by the Organizer to inform the participant about future events, and also for organizer’s own administrative and analytical needs. Participant is entitled/has the right to withdraw the permission by submitting an application to Sporting Bogusław Mamiński, to the address : Promenada Gwiazd 6, 72-500 Międzyzdroje.
14. The Organizer ensures that the data collected during Registration procedure are automatically stored and processed in accordance with Act of August 29, 1997, for the Protection of Personal Data (No. 133, item. 883). The data will not be viewed by the third party.
15. The Organizer reserves the right to reject any Registration Forms, as to which there’s a suspicion that they have been filled incorrectly, and to disqualify any participant for whom there’s reasonable belief that a breach of these Regulations has been made.
16. The participant declares that he will not work for the detriment of the organizer. The participant declares that he will pay to the Organizer all costs (including attorney's fees and costs of experts) incurred or paid by the Organizer to any person (including the Participant and/or any of its insurers) in connection with any accident, loss, damage or personal injury (including death), arising from their presence or participation of the Participant in the Race with the exception of accidents caused by negligence on the part of the Organizer.
17. If any of the provisions hereof, in whole or in part, shall be deemed  invalid or unenforceable, all other provisions (in whole or in part) continue to be valid and enforceable.

Privacy Policy

Participants’ personal data will be used to inform the participant about future events, and also for organizer’s own administrative and analytical needs. They will be processed in accordance with Act of August 29, 1997, for the Protection of Personal Data (No. 133, item. 883). Participant is entitled/has the right to withdraw the permission for their use by submitting an application to Sporting Bogusław Mamiński, to the address : Promenada Gwiazd 6, 72-500 Międzyzdroje.
